DANZARE SALGADO
Watch. Feel. Transform.
In memory of Sebastião Salgado comes an artistic and human experience that weaves together cinema, conscious dance, and nature.
A project inspired by the vision of one of the greatest contemporary photographers, who traveled the world portraying human dignity, the fragility of the Earth, and the possibility of regeneration.
Danzare Salgado was born from the desire not to remain passive in front of what is happening in the world, but to transform what we witness into presence, embodiment, listening, and concrete action.
The evening will begin with the screening of the documentary film The Salt of the Earth by Wim Wenders and Juliano Ribeiro Salgado.
After the film screening, we will move outdoors among the trees for a Silent Waves conscious dance journey with wireless headphones.
A journey through images, body, and nature to transform what we see into an act of beauty and offering.
Part of the proceeds will support a future tree planting project together with the association Dai l’Albero.
A concrete gesture to bring Salgado’s message into reality.
And into our own lives.

Annalisa Bucchieri
Since the beginning of my journalistic career, I have dedicated myself to green issues, writing for Legambiente’s La Nuova Ecologia. I had the privilege of interviewing Salgado in 2002. Since then, I have cherished his mission. Today, thanks to conscious dance, this feeling has been embodied in an act of love. Perhaps because I am a print journalist, I have always been sensitive to an ecology of information: not wasting unnecessary words, not wasting cellulose, a gift from the trees.

Creative, Graphic Designer, Entrepreneur, and Dancer of Life. Lover of the Earth and of People.
Salgado’s work was one of those encounters that marked an important turning point in my life… Those images spoke to my heart, and I felt as though his story belonged to me on this journey in search of the truth that I find in the eyes of the world. When we met the girls, we found ourselves wanting to transform this emotion into an act of love that would become a gift, through our shared medium: dance. Grateful to Be Here ❤️
