DJ set con Cistina e percussioni live si incontrano, si ascoltano, si rispondono.
Con Jay alle percussioni, il ritmo prende corpo, si muove, respira insieme a chi danza.

This Friday is JUNGLE DANCE
A return to the earth.
DJ set with Cristina and live percussion meet, listen, and respond to each other.
With Jay on percussion, the rhythm takes shape, moves, and breathes together with those who dance.
A real jam session, unfolding moment by moment.
The rhythm takes you.
It pulls you out of your head.
It brings you back into your body.
And there, something shifts.
Energy is not drained.
It regenerates.
You dance, let go, breathe.
With nothing to prove.
Final sound healing with ocean drum.
Like waves that bring everything back into place.
A journey between instinct and listening.
Between earth and space.
Every Friday takes a different shape.
This one is more tribal. More essential.

What to bring:
Barefoot or non-slip socks • Water • Comfortable clothes • Yourself.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Dancing is done barefoot, but you can wear non-slip socks. Wear comfortable layered clothing. Expect to sweat a lot, but in the end, you might feel cold during the final relaxation. Remember to bring water.
