Living Rome: Feeling It Again
Imagine experiencing Rome not through the tired eyes of habit, but with the wonder of someone seeing it for the first time.
Not as a distracted tourist or a frustrated resident, but as a living, present, curious body.
With headphones on, we move among pine trees, ancient stones, and the ever changing sky above the city.
Step by step, we discover a different way of being in Rome.
We gather in places we know well and, perhaps for that very reason, have stopped truly seeing: Ponte della Scienza, Piazza Navona, the Pincio, the Pantheon, Ponte della Musica, and other corners of the city.
With the music in our headphones, the traffic keeps flowing, yet something inside begins to shift. The horns fade into the background. The noise loses its grip. Time slows down. And Rome reveals itself again. No longer as the backdrop of our busy lives, but as a place to experience, feel, and explore with fresh eyes.

Silentwaves CITY is…
A different way of experiencing Rome.
This project was born after Covid, from a simple desire: to step outside, breathe, reconnect, and feel part of the city again.
So often we move through Rome in a rush. Caught up in traffic, schedules, and endless thoughts. Over time, we stop really seeing it.
And yet, all it takes is a change of pace to notice how much beauty surrounds us.
With headphones on, we move through squares, bridges, parks, and hidden corners of the city. No dance experience is needed. Just a willingness to be present.
The music guides us, the body relaxes, and our perspective begins to shift.
For a few hours, Rome is no longer just the place where we live. It becomes a place to feel.
Silentwaves is a practice of presence, but it is also a moment of lightness. We move, laugh, meet new people, share stories, food, and smiles.
A chance to slow down, be together, and rediscover the city with fresh eyes.
Because sometimes wonder is not on the other side of the world.
It’s right here, around the corner.
